1. With the WaCa OnSite/Express Repair Plan all repairs are conducted at your home or office OR they'll pick up your defective product, repair it at an authorized service center and return the repaired item to your door.
2. Our WaCa Product Replacement Plan, for products under $500 and refurbished Laptops, guarantees you a new product or full reimbursement if yours fails - for one to two full years after the manufacturer's warranty expires depending on the length of the plan purchased!
3.Depot Service: If you purchased a Depot Service plan your product must be shipped to a service location for repair (e.g. printers, digital cameras, etc.) If Your Contract has Depot Service, servicer will pay the shipping charges to and from the designated service location. For new Laptops 3-Way shipping and a shipping container are provided to and from a depot servicer of our choice. All shipping costs are covered under the Contract. This Contract covers LCD Screens.
