For instance if you are scanning pages with colored backgrounds, White Level Follow gives the scanner the ability to convert colored backgrounds to white, assuring complete contrast of the information on the page. This utility is capable of utilizing every Panasonic image enhancement technology engineered into the KV-S2026C, making it a power image capture utility. With RTIV file management capabilities, scanned images can be saved as .bmp, .jpg, .pdf and .tif files. Now all your images can be stored and used by others-even those who require different formats, no need to redo images!.

Imprinters are a practical option that allows for printing customized labels on documents while scanning through the KV-S2026C. Users can "stamp" documents for purposes of identifying individual sheets for easy archiving and retrieval. This option is a helpful way to consitently identify and organize jobs and projects.
